Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing can take up to 7 business days. Once your order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been created, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times begin after dispatch. Typical delivery estimates are 3–7 business days for domestic orders and 3–15 business days for international orders. International shipments may take longer due to customs checks or local courier delays, and tracking updates can occasionally be limited during transit.
If your order contains a pre-order item, the expected ship date will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout. If multiple items are purchased together, we may ship everything once all items are available or ship items separately when possible, depending on fulfillment and destination.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you need to change your address, email support@trymistmuse.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment. MistMuse™ is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows, shipping delays can happen due to circumstances outside our control, including weather disruptions, carrier delays, customs inspections, payment verification, or local delivery restrictions. If your shipment appears delayed, email support@trymistmuse.com with your order number and we’ll help you check the latest tracking status.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check around your delivery location and with neighbors or your local courier depot first. For packages that are lost in transit, contact support@trymistmuse.com with your order number and tracking details so we can assist with next steps. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, MistMuse™ is not liable for loss or theft, but we may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
