MistMuse™ Refund & Return Policy (60-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We want you to feel confident trying MistMuse™. This policy explains how returns and refunds work under our 60-day money-back guarantee. To start any return or refund request, please contact our support team first at support@trymistmuse.com so we can provide the correct return instructions.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee Window
Our 60-day guarantee starts from the date of purchase. All return requests must be initiated and completed within 60 days of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned. Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or excessive wear may be ineligible for a refund. If the product has been used, we may apply a restocking fee to cover inspection, processing, and repackaging (we will confirm any applicable fee with you before you send the return).

How Returns & Refunds Work

  1. Email support@trymistmuse.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless we confirm the issue was caused by our error.

  3. Once you ship the return, please provide a valid tracking number. Refunds can only be processed after tracking is provided and the return is received.

  4. After the product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

If your product arrives not working or damaged, please email clear photo or video proof within 72 hours of delivery so we can help quickly. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product appears to be intentionally damaged or tampered with.

Refused Delivery & Return to Sender (RTS)
If a package is returned to sender due to customer-caused issues such as an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed parcels, or missed delivery attempts, the order may be ineligible for a refund. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information is entered at checkout. If a customer refuses delivery, the order becomes ineligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee and no refund will be issued. If a package is returned due to a confirmed carrier error, we will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund.
